– Micro Cadets in 7am heat must be on the sand in their contest rashie by 6.45am. Your heat will start at 7am SHARP! Parents need to be on the hill no later than 6.30am with their children.

– Dual heats will be run on a North Bank and a South Bank. The heat draw http://www.bondiboardriders.com/heat-draw/ will advertise your heat time and which bank you need to surf. Study the heat draw and be in the water 5 min before your heat starts! All heats are instant start!

SURF SQUAD FOR MICRO GROMS DIVISION Sunday 6th of July

• Run by BARNEY QUINLAN our very own fully qualified ocean swim coach and long-time boardrider competitor
• This session will focus on reading surf conditions, survival swimming techniques, flow and wave selection
• This 4hr session starts at the BONDI ICEBERGS and will finish up on the south Bondi hill (contest area)
• The kids should bring their wetsuits, towel and surf board, all else will be provided
• This session is only $30 BARGAIN! ($20off) Parents welcome to attend
